Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Production Employee and become a vital part of our fast-paced manufacturing environment! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the production process by performing essential tasks such as machine loading, machine set ups, stacking, and strapping. Your energy and attention to detail will help ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality. Must be available and reliable for day shift. This is a fast paced, non air conditioned environment, that requires light to moderate physical labor. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a collaborative setting while contributing to the overall success of our production line.
Duties
- Preform tasks as assigned
- Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, scrap recycling, general tidiness
- Assist with machine set up and production runs checking quality
- Support quality control by inspecting products for damage or inconsistencies
- Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the production area
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
- Maintain accurate records of completed product, maintenance preformed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the corrugated industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Experience with tools both hand tools and powered tools a plus
- Must have the ability to read a tape measure and preform basic math
- Ability to stand for long periods and preform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team

Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
