Duties
- Host lively and professional live streaming sessions across social media platforms, showcasing products and services with enthusiasm
- Engage actively with viewers by answering questions, responding to comments, and fostering a positive community atmosphere
- Conduct product demonstrations that highlight features, benefits, and usage tips to educate and excite potential customers
- Manage social media accounts by creating content schedules, posting updates, and growing online followings through strategic branding efforts
- Collect data on viewer interactions, preferences, and feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve future broadcasts
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan themed events or promotional campaigns that increase audience participation and brand awareness
- Represent the brand confidently during public speaking engagements or live events, embodying the company’s values and personality
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus for understanding audience needs and delivering excellent service
- Strong data collection skills to track viewer metrics, engagement levels, and sales conversions effectively
