Duties
- Monitor access points to control entry and exit for residents, visitors, contractors, and service providers
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address potential security concerns
- Utilize CCTV surveillance systems to observe activity and ensure property safety
- Perform background checks on new visitors or contractors as required for security clearance
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary
- Manage conflict situations with professionalism and calmness, de-escalating disputes effectively
- Operate security equipment such as Taser, AED (Automated External Defibrillator), and CCTV systems to enhance safety measures
Requirements
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable
- Knowledge of surveillance technology including CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques
- Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED operation, and first aid is preferred
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks and heavy lifting safely when required for equipment or incident response
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Experience performing background checks and screening procedures for visitors or staff
- Familiarity with security tools such as Taser devices and CCTV monitoring systems is advantageous
