We are seeking a friendly, energetic, dependable full-time Fashion Sales Associate to join our women's boutique in Katonah , NY.
The ideal candidate is a team player, enjoys working with customers, has a strong sense of style, and takes pride in creating an exceptional shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers
- Build rapport with repeat clientele
- Help clients select outfits and accessories
- Process sales and handle point of sale transactions
- Maintain merchandise and store appearance
- Organize inventory
- Open and close the shop as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of fashion retail experience
- Strong desire to learn
- Strong customer relation skills
- Team player (a must)
- Ability to style outfits
- Available Saturdays
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Available to work Saturdays
- Positive attitude and team oriented
Compensation & Benefits
- $20 + per hour based on experience

- Consistent schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 9:45 - 5:00
