Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) care to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital environment, primarily during night shifts, at a facility committed to excellence in patient outcomes. MedSurg/OB Float RN
License / certifications required: MN license, AWHONN, BLS (ACLS & NRP Preferred)
Minimum experience required: 2+ years preferred, open to looking at a new traveler, EPIC exp preferred
Specific Skills / Equipment needed: MUST be willing to float between Med/Surg and OB
Patient ratios / volume: Med/Surg 1:4-5 for days and nights, take post partums as well (couplets + ms patients), OB: RATIO 1:2 active labor 1:1
Number of beds: 3 LDRPs, 3 PP suites, 13 Med/Surg rooms (25 bed critical access hospital)
Float requirements: 60/40 floating between Med/Surg and OB

People okay with 60/40 floating
Willing to help train their staff
