Duties
TRAINING PROVIDED.
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs in a friendly, professional manner
- Operate the cash register (POS system), handle cash handling, and process retail sales transactions efficiently
- Stock shelves, coolers, and product displays to maintain an organized store environment
- Conduct product demos and upselling to promote store offerings and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness of the station, including fueling areas, convenience store aisles, and checkout counters
- Manage inventory levels through stocking and merchandising efforts to ensure product availability
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products, store policies, or services using clear communication skills
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash register operations for accurate retail transactions
