About the Role
As a Title Assistant III, you’ll serve as a senior member of our title operations team—handling complex transactions, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and compliance. What You’ll Do

Review and interpret a wide range of title documents (deeds, liens, easements, judgments).

Collaborate with Title Officers to resolve title defects and ensure data accuracy.

Analyze escrow and lender instructions and ensure compliance with legal standards.

Prepare and record documents with county clerks.

Produce accurate title reports, commitments, and final policies.

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving issues.

Train and mentor junior title assistants.

Support posting, locator duties, and property inspections as needed.

Drive process improvements and share best practices across the team.
What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent.

4+ years of progressive experience in a title assistant or related role.

At least 2 years managing complex title transactions.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and title software/databases.
