We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides to join our team on Long Island, NY. In this role, you will provide daily care and support to residents within our facility, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities and are currently hiring for AM and PM shifts.

Requirements –
- Must be New York State Certified Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide
- Medical physical with lab work
- Caring and Compassionate Personality
- Ability to interact with respect and dignity to all residents
- Must be a team player and have good work ethics
Responsibilities –
- Perform daily personal care needs for clients within our facility
- Provide bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and/ or incontinent care
- Documentation of care on client daily duty sheets
- Maintain clutter free resident rooms
- Escort clients to and from appointments as needed
- Adhere & maintain policies, procedures & standards of care within the facility
