Requirements of the Welder - Aluminum
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Proven experience as a MIG Welder
- Experience welding aluminum and steel required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Ability to use measuring tools accurately
- Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Responsibilities of the Welder - Aluminum
- Perform MIG welding on aluminum and steel components according to blueprints and specifications
- Fabricate and assemble metal components and trailer parts
- Inspect finished welds to ensure quality, strength, and structural integrity
- Read and interpret blueprints to complete projects accurately
- Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
