We are seeking a talented individual with development, project management and acquisitions expertise. The ideal candidate will manage the entire acquisitions process including but not limited to the sourcing of single, multi-family and mixed use properties, perform due diligence on subject properties, execute contracts and administer the closing process. Additional responsibilities will include providing administrative support for our construction division, prepare project scope of works, budgets and schedules and ensure all design objectives are met. Overseeing and managing the development of our projects will round out the day to day responsibilities. A minimum of five years of experience is required. Salary commensurate with experience.
