SanaVita Health & Wellness is a cash-based integrative wellness center in Durango, CO. We offer chiropractic, massage therapy, infrared sauna and cold plunge, red light therapy, colon hydrotherapy, and expanded medical wellness services including Men’s & Women’s Health, Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), Medical Weight Loss, and injectable therapies.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, dependable, and tech-savvy part-time receptionist to join our team. This position is approximately 20 hours per week, typically scheduled across 2–3 weekdays. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and play an important role in keeping the front desk organized, responsive, and running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and patient communications by phone, text, and email
- Return messages and follow up on front-desk responsibilities promptly and consistently
- Process payments and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and waiting area
- Assist with light laundry, restocking supplies, and general facility organization
- Coordinate with clinicians and other team members to support efficient daily patient flow
- Complete routine front-desk tasks independently and with consistent follow-through
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in front desk, customer service, or healthcare preferred
- Strong computer proficiency required; EHR experience is a plus, but training will be provided
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented demeanor
- Consistent attendance, punctuality, and dependable follow-through are essential
- Interest in health and wellness preferred
