Job Description:
We are hiring a Radiology Technologist to perform x-rays in our Edina clinic. We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, energetic team player to join our fast-paced independent specialty clinic. We have been providing quality care to our patients since 1999.

Job Functions
- Interacts with patients, providers and staff in a professional and courteous manner to ensure safety for our patients.
- Performs diagnostic imaging examinations on patients ensuring the production of quality diagnostic images
- Ensures accurate patient positioning during radiographic procedures according to provider requests
- Operate and maintain X-ray equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety standards
- Performs room and equipment cleaning process between patients.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education/Work Experience
- Graduate of an AMA accredited school of Radiology
- Registered by the ARRT
- Meet basic requirements for the ACR accreditation
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Working knowledge of diagnostic radiographic principles, including radiographic positioning, film/image processing, quality control, and radiation protection is required.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Ability to meet and maintain the necessary background checks as aligned with position functions
- Ability to serve patients in a friendly and efficient manner
- Strong computer skills and basic Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team
- Capable of making independent decisions with the use of good critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to communicate in English language for effective written and verbal correspondence in order to complete job functions as mentioned above
- Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour based on experience.
Schedule
- 8am-4:30pm every Friday. Potential for additional shifts as needed.
