As a Breakfast Attendant at Holiday Inn Express, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional start to our guests' day by delivering a fresh, inviting breakfast experience. You will work independently to prepare, set up, and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness, food safety, and excellent customer service throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and set up the daily breakfast bar according to brand standards, including brewing coffee, setting out food and beverage items, and stocking necessary supplies.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, kitchen, and storage areas, including detailed cleaning of equipment and surfaces.

Ensure food safety by properly handling and storing all food items, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Monitor food inventory levels, restocking items as needed and communicating inventory needs to management.

Interact with guests in a friendly, courteous manner, responding to questions and providing assistance to ensure a positive breakfast experience.

Manage the breakfast area independently, maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and welcoming environment throughout service hours.

Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management promptly.

Perform other duties as assigned to support overall hotel operations.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.

Knowledge of food safety practices and commitment to maintaining high standards.

Strong customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing demeanor.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Must be available to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
