Blooming Behavior Therapy is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The Behavior Analyst will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in the home, community, and school settings. As a Behavior Analyst (BCBA, BCBA-D) you will provide family-centered ABA services to individuals with behavior challenges and skill deficits. Behavior Analyst are responsible for conducting assessments, writing, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans, data collection and display, as well as training and supervising caregivers and staff in home and community settings
Pay:
$100.00 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direct care to clients
- Supervise RBTs
- Assist with assessments
- Collaborate with BCBAs on management of client programs
- Conduct treatment planning for assigned client programs
QUALIFICATIONS
- Active BACB License
- Good interpersonal skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Creativity as it relates to the use of behavioral technologies
- Experience effectively providing training to parents
- Experience effectively providing Supervision to RBT’s
