At Kindred Wealth Alliance, our commitment is to empower individuals to take control of their lives by teaching them how to succeed in the insurance industry.
We have a four-week onboarding process designed to help new agents build a strong foundation. During the first week, we guide you through licensing and help you obtain your insurance producer license. Most candidates who complete the process obtain licensure within seven days. The licensing fee is reimbursed upon successful completion of the licensing process.
During onboarding, you'll learn how our products serve clients and the impact they can create for individuals, families, and businesses. After successful onboarding, we move into advanced solutions and advanced market concepts.
Everyone on our team learns the fundamentals of how money works, the role life insurance can play in generational wealth strategies, and the principles that govern wealth accumulation, deployment, and transfer. We believe understanding these concepts helps us better serve our clients while improving our own financial literacy.
In addition to product and industry education, we teach agents how to generate their own business and develop sustainable lead-generation strategies. Leads are not provided.
