What You'll Do as an Entry Level Wireless Assistant Manager
- Assist customers face-to-face with Verizon wireless products, services, and current promotions while delivering a positive customer experience
- Recommend wireless plans and solutions based on each customer's individual needs
- Support account activations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and ongoing account management
- Lead by example by providing exceptional customer service and fostering strong customer relationships
- Partner with team to help oversee daily operations, initiatives, and overall performance
- Participate in training, coaching, and development opportunities designed to prepare you for advancement
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team performance goals.
What We're Looking For in an Entry Level Wireless Assistant Manager
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive, coachable attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Natural leadership potential and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Confidence interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is an asset, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
