Insurance Verification Specialist

MY DR NOW is looking for an Insurance Verification Specialist to help ensure patients can be seen quickly and without delays. If you enjoy investigating issues, navigating insurance websites, working with multiple systems at once, and helping a team move faster, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for patients in real time
- Research coverage, copays, PCP requirements and plan limitations
- Resolve eligibility issues before they create delays for patients
- Communicate with insurance companies, patients, and clinic teams
- Support clinic visits, video visits, and house calls in real-time
- Help ensure patients have a fast, seamless check-in experience
What We're Looking For
- Insurance verification or medical front office experience preferred
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
