Rocket Youth is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support leaders and employees across multiple business units while helping shape a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders while supporting employees across multiple locations.

Partner with leaders to support workforce planning and business objectives

Build trusted relationships with managers and employees across multiple locations

Provide coaching and guidance on HR policies, leadership practices, and employee development

Support initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and retention

Manage employee relations matters including investigations, coaching, conflict resolution, and corrective action

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

Promote consistent application of HR policies and best practices

Foster a positive, respectful, and compliant workplace environment

Support onboarding and employee development initiatives

Assist with HRIS administration and UKG support

Help improve HR processes, workflows, and operational efficiency

Provide HR technology guidance to leaders and employees

Support employee engagement initiatives and action planning

Analyze workforce trends and recommend improvements

Assist with organizational development and workforce planning

Participate in acquisition integration and change management projects

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience

Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state organizations

Strong employee relations and conflict resolution experience

Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices

Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar HR certification

Experience supporting high-growth or acquisition-driven organizations

Experience with UKG or similar HRIS platforms

Background in service-based, education, youth programs, franchised, or multi-location organizations
