Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to improving the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will lead behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to support clients with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental conditions. Your expertise will drive positive behavioral change through data-driven strategies, ensuring each client receives compassionate, personalized care in various settings including home, school, and clinical environments. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral psychological assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) to identify underlying causes of behaviors and inform intervention strategies
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles tailored to each client’s needs
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during therapy sessions to track progress and adjust interventions accordingly
- Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians, caregivers, educators, and other team members to ensure fidelity of interventions
- Perform intake evaluations and diagnostic assessments for new clients, including medical documentation review and client communication
- Collaborate with families, schools, and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans that support clients’ developmental goals
- Maintain HIPAA compliance by managing sensitive medical records and ensuring confidentiality in all patient interactions
Skills
- Extensive experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders
- Strong knowledge of behavior intervention techniques rooted in ABA methodology and behavioral psychological assessments
- Proven ability to conduct functional assessments such as Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and functional analysis
- Excellent data collection skills combined with proficiency in medical terminology and documentation standards for medical records
- Experience working in diverse settings including home-based therapy, school environments, and clinical clinics
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams about treatment plans and progress
- Clinical supervision experience for behavior technicians or junior staff is highly desirable

Pay: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour
