We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in infant care to work in our classroom! Please note that prior experience with young children (0-2) is required, and Primrose experience is a major plus! The ideal candidate will be comfortable working from 12:30 p.m. -6:00 p.m., or something very similar.

Description:
- Curriculum Implementation: Execute approved lesson plans and daily schedules using Primrose School curriculum, outlines, and materials.
- Environment Curation: Maintain an engaging, organized, and creative classroom environment that fosters exploration.
- Positive Reinforcement: Provide consistent verbal praise and emotional support while maintaining clear, age-appropriate behavioral expectations.
- Child Engagement: Demonstrate a natural ability to relate positively and warmly with infants and young children.
Safety & Care
- Active Supervision: Maintain constant supervision of all infants, with strict adherence to Safe Sleep policies and procedures.
- Daily Care Coordination: Facilitate and assist with essential daily needs, including feedings (snacks/meals), nap schedules, and diapering/hygiene routines.
- Regulatory Compliance: Uphold all Primrose School standards and local, state, or national regulations regarding child health, safety, and welfare.
Professionalism & Operations
- Facility Maintenance: Share responsibility for the cleanliness and "housekeeping" of classrooms, playgrounds, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with the staff training manual.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in all mandatory staff meetings, professional workshops, and school-wide functions.
- Adaptability: Assist with additional operational tasks and duties as assigned by the School Director.
