LHH is hiring a Litigation Legal Assistant for a respected law firm in Tampa, FL. We are seeking a detail-oriented legal professional with experience supporting construction defect, construction litigation, or insurance defense matters.
Responsibilities:-
Prepare and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence

Manage attorney calendars, court deadlines, hearings, and depositions
-
Maintain and organize case files and litigation documents
-
Coordinate e-filings in Florida state and federal courts
-
Assist with trial preparation, exhibits, and document production
-
Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Qualifications:-
3+ years of litigation legal assistant experience
-
Construction defect, construction litigation, or insurance defense experience preferred
-
Knowledge of Florida court procedures and e-filing requirements
-
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
