Part-Time Front Counter Associate
Auto Paint Depot – Deer Park, NY
Auto Paint Depot is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Counter Associate to assist customers, process orders, coordinate local deliveries, and support daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in person, by phone, and by email
- Process and print incoming orders
- Coordinate local deliveries and customer pickups
- Communicate order updates and resolve customer inquiries
- Work with warehouse and production staff to ensure orders are completed on time
- Maintain an organized front counter and showroom
- Help meet company goals through accurate and timely order processing
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Knowledge of auto body repair, automotive paint, or collision repair preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills required
Schedule
- Part-Time
- Flexible Weekday Hours
- Weekend Availability required during the busy summer season
- Pay based on experience. Automotive industry experience is a plus.
