Duties
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of food and drink options
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, or desserts to enhance the guest experience and increase sales
- Process sales transactions efficiently, handle cash and credit card payments accurately, and manage POS systems with ease
- Maintain knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Prior restaurant or food service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently during busy shifts
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately
- Experience with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; a passion for food industry trends is appreciated

Pay: $100.00 - $350.00 per day
