What we’re seeking:
- Active California Occupational Therapy licensure (required)
- Experience in school-based OT, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with educators, families, and staff
- Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse K-12 caseload
- Passion for fostering student independence and participation in school routines
Duties and daily responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students in a K-12 setting
- Deliver onsite therapy services to help students achieve their functional and academic goals
- Utilize evidence-based interventions tailored to a range of needs and ages
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress and implement accommodations
- Maintain accurate documentation meeting legal, ethical, and professional standards
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights to interdisciplinary teams
