Role Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Quality Technician to join our team at a premier integrator of material handling and automation systems. In this capacity, you will be responsible for the administration and oversight of QA/QC paperwork, ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and adjustment installation records are precise, well-organized, and properly archived.
Primary Duties-
Manage the full lifecycle of QA/QC check sheets, including generation, distribution, and verification for our technical installation teams.

Develop and update Excel-based QA/QC tracking tools by referencing technical installation guides and engineering blueprints.

Ensure the Equipment Progress Tracker remains current and error-free.

Digitize and categorize finalized records within our internal filing database to improve retrieval efficiency.

Work closely with installation and quality staff to facilitate prompt and precise project reporting.

Submit necessary documentation to client-facing databases as requested.

Foster a secure workplace environment by actively participating in and promoting our safety initiatives.
Required Qualifications-
Background in construction or related industrial settings is highly desirable.

Demonstrated capacity to comprehend and apply installation instructions, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Effective verbal and written communication abilities.

Fluency in Spanish or Japanese is considered an asset, though not mandatory.
Technical Competencies-
Foundational skill in interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics (on-the-job training is available).

High level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Competence in operating office hardware such as scanners and printers for document management.

Prior exposure to CAD viewing software is beneficial.
Mathematical Proficiency-
Competent in executing fundamental arithmetic operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Physical Demands-
This position is largely sedentary in an office setting, with periodic visits to clean room or fabrication areas.

Physical tasks may involve walking, standing, reaching, kneeling, stooping, or lifting objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

Must possess standard distance, depth, and color vision capabilities.
