Current ARRT certification in CT required

Vermont licensure is not required at time of submission; license required if applicable

Candidates with a NY license pending will be considered with proof of pending licensure included

Two professional references from a Nurse Manager and/or Supervisor required for consideration — at least one from within the past 6 months and one from within the past year of employment

A personal vehicle is necessary, as public transportation is not accessible near the facility
