Job Description:
This role involves performing various physically demanding tasks, including but not limited to ; cutoff, waterblast, shot blasting, grinding, operating the forklift and assisting the melt team. This position will report directly to the Plant Manager
Key Requirements and Responsibilities:
-Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with a maximum of up to 100 lbs on occasion and perform labor-intensive tasks.
-Technical Tasks: Requires strong attention to detail for bench inspection, setting up and maintaining automated grinders, and handling shipping and receiving duties.
-Skills: Ability to perform basic math, read and understand company travelers, and follow detailed instructions.

-Rate: Starting pay is $14.00/hr with an opportunity for advancement at time of hire
-Hours: Monday-Friday (occasional Saturday) 6AM-2:30PM
