Assembly Production Workers
We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team on 1st and 2nd shift. No experience needed! Learn new skills on the job; we provide all necessary on the job training. Roles available in assembly with the opportunity to cross train in other areas.
First Shift: 7AM-3:30PM Monday-Friday
Second Shift: 3PM-11:30PM Monday-Friday, with a shift differential
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Regularly prepares, inspects, places and positions parts and assemblies
- Follows verbal and written work instructions
- Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- Frequently moves boxes and parts weighing up to 40lbs at waist height
- Train and work in various areas of assembly
- Positions self to monitor equipment and access, retrieve, and place parts as well as utilize reach truck if in store area and once properly trained
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time
- Attention to detail necessary to follow quality standards
- The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)
- Keeps accurate records of production quantities and time
- Maintains a safe and clean work environment
- Maintains equipment and tools in good condition, report equipment malfunctions
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
- Regular attendance required
- All other duties and responsibilities that are assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be able to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally lift 40lbs
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing and assembly experience
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
- Exposure to loud noises
- Exposure to outdoor temperatures
- Frequently moves boxes and parts weighing up to 40lbs
- Positions self to monitor equipment and access, retrieve, and place parts
- Pushing and pulling
- Working at waist height
