Klinner Insurance is seeking a detail-oriented, relationship-driven Commercial Lines Customer Service Agent (CSA) to join our growing team. This role plays an important part in supporting local businesses across Northern Wisconsin by helping manage their commercial insurance needs with care, accuracy, and professionalism.
As a CSA, you’ll serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned business clients, assisting with policy changes, certificates, renewals, claims communication, and general account support. You’ll work closely with our sales team, carrier partners, and internal teammates to provide a responsive, helpful, and exceptional client experience.
Position can be located in: Eagle River, Rhinelander or Woodruff
Qualifications:
· Prior experience in customer service or an insurance-related role preferred, but not required
· Willingness to obtain a Wisconsin Property & Casualty insurance license
· Self-motivated, with the ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and complete focused, independent work
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Comfort working with a variety of business types and policy complexities
· Attention to detail
· Proficiency with technology
