Position: Account Manager

Overview
The Account Manager is the primary point of contact for clients, guiding their vision from concept to execution. You'll leverage Strong Events' inventory, collaborate with internal teams on custom fabrication, and manage costs and timelines — all while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver thorough, timely quotes to new and existing clients
- Manage accounts from sale through execution, anticipating client needs along the way
- Collaborate with Art, Print, and Fabrication teams with creativity
- Stay current on event and tradeshow trends to identify upsell and branding opportunities
- Maintain accurate client files and internal communications
Preferred Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years in a sales and/or client-facing role
- Comfortable with Google Workspace; IntelliEvent experience a plus
- Genuine interest in the custom fabrication and live event industry

- Occasional availability for weekends or late nights as event needs arise
