Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fine dining club environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and have a passion for providing an outstanding dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Bartending experience is essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate orders using Restaurant Manager POS systems.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper fine dining etiquette.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Bussing and resetting throughout the club.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, especially in fine dining environments.
- Bartending experience is essential.

- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus

- Culinary experience or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required.
