Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and Bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Sales Producer to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position offering a competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure, allowing driven individuals to earn between $50,000 and $150,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue sales leads to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both English- and Spanish-speaking clients to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Educate clients on insurance options in their preferred language to ensure they fully understand their coverage and specific needs.
- Work collaboratively with the agency team to achieve overall agency growth and success.
Qualifications:
- Language: Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required.
- Licensing: Must hold a current insurance license (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health).
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Goal-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
