Lead Toddler Teacher

Schedule: 10-hour shift (Tuesday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM) — Enjoy 3-day weekends every week!
About the Role
We are looking for a warm, energetic, and dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team! In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where toddlers can learn, explore, and reach key developmental milestones.

Responsibilities
Implement age-appropriate prepared lessons and sensory-rich activities tailored for toddler development.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom environment that meets state licensing standards.
Establish consistent daily routines including mealtime, naptime, and outdoor play.
Track individual developmental progress and communicate effectively with parents about their child's day.
Foster social-emotional growth, self-help skills, and positive behavior guidance.
Qualifications
Education/Certification (Must meet ONE of the following):
Active Infant/Toddler Child Development Associate (CDA) credential
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field
Previous experience working with toddlers or young children in a licensed childcare setting preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
Ability to pass required background checks and obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, sit on the floor, and move actively throughout the day with children.
