Love cars, love people, and love seeing a job done right?* We’re looking for a hands-on Automotive Dealership Detail Department Manager *to lead our detail team and help us deliver an amazing customer experience every time.
You’ll be the go-to leader making sure every vehicle that leaves our lot looks incredible and every customer feels taken care of.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and motivate a team of detailers day-to-day
- Make sure every vehicle is spotless, inside and out (wash, vacuum, wax, windows, wheels, engine bay, the works)
- Inspect vehicles for quality and catch the little things before the customer does
- Keep communication flowing with the sales and service teams
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Jump in and help detail when needed – you lead by example
- Always put customer satisfaction and quality first

- Natural leader who enjoys coaching and holding a team to high standards
- Strong eye for detail and pride in your work
- Customer-service mindset – you understand that details sell cars
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Comfortable with physical work and working in all weather conditions
