We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Person to help keep our building and grounds clean, safe, and well maintained.
Responsibilities
- Perform general building maintenance and upkeep
- Clean and maintain interior and exterior areas
- Complete miscellaneous repairs, including basic plumbing and electrical work
- Troubleshoot and address routine maintenance issues
- Assist with moving, setup, and other general facility tasks as needed
- Drive company vehicles as required
- Perform snow removal and winter maintenance during the winter season
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications
- Previous general maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and building repairs
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work both indoors and outdoors
- Ability to respond to seasonal and emergency maintenance needs

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
