Join our dynamic team as a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Installer Technician, where you will play a vital role in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems across diverse residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities
- Install, modify, and troubleshoot HVAC systems including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ammonia refrigeration setups.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to execute installations accurately.
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Conduct system inspections using tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic instruments to identify issues quickly.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams and other trades such as plumbing and welding to coordinate complex installations or repairs.
- Document all work performed, including detailed reports on equipment repair status and system modifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations during all phases of installation and service.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC installation or repair with a solid understanding of mechanical systems.
- Strong construction background with familiarity in schematics reading, HVAC design principles, plumbing, refrigeration, and ammonia refrigeration systems.
- Mechanical knowledge related to boilers, appliances repair, field service operations, welding skills, and property maintenance.
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively for troubleshooting electrical components.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving <PERSON> vehicles preferred.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration), boiler systems, and mechanical equipment repair.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to refrigerants like ammonia and handling of HVAC/R equipment in various environments.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
