Duties
- Assist with the installation of framing, drywall, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools
- Operate heavy equipment such as mixers and skid steers safely and efficiently
- Perform various tasks tile laying, painting, flooring installation, and masonry work with precision
- Conduct demolition, renovation tasks, and restoration projects while adhering to safety standards
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials for carpentry, trim work,
- Handle heavy lifting and material transportation on-site while maintaining proper safety protocols
Requirements
- Proven experience working on construction sites with knowledge of various building trades including masonry, carpentry, roofing, and plastering
- Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment operation, and concrete mixers
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and the ability to follow safety guidelines diligently
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques and responsibilities
