Pay up to $200,000 per year

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a motivated, licensed insurance professional who enjoys building relationships, helping clients find the right coverage, and consistently delivering great service. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, self-driven, communicates confidently, and is committed to achieving sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Key qualities and requirements include:
- A valid Licensed Insurance agent.
- Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or financial services is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and industry practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify clients’ needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Strong sales ability with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Professional attitude, integrity, and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in using digital tools, CRM systems, and basic office application
