Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop detailed project schedules.
- Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, controlling expenditures, and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and regulatory documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and project progression.
- Supervise construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and regulatory standards are met.
- Utilize tools like Microsoft Office to track progress, update documentation, and communicate project status effectively.
- Lead project teams by assigning tasks, managing performance, and fostering a collaborative environment focused on quality delivery.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Manage project schedules through construction schedule coordination to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a strong understanding of heavy civil or similar sectors.
- Extensive knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards (OSHA), and environmental policies applicable to infrastructure projects.
- Strong skills in project scheduling & coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively within a fast-paced construction environment.
- Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders with attention to detail in project plans and schedules.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
- Construction site experience with a focus on safety compliance and regulatory adherence is essential.
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills for coordinating between clients, contractors, vendors & internal teams.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
