Brookside is seeking an experienced Certified Dietary Manager to oversee the clinical and operational dietary services of our post acute rehabilitation facility as the Dietary Supervisor. Candidates MUST already be certified to work in a skilled nursing facility.
The Dietary Supervisor's purpose is to ensure that residents receive nutritious meals and snacks that comply with their dietary requirements, restrictions, and physician’s orders. The Dietary Supervisor is responsible for managing the dietary department to ensure that all foods are produced timely and in a manner that are both attractive and tasty. The Dietary Supervisor is also responsible for charting care plans ensuring resident nutritional requirements and personal preferences are met on a daily basis.
Brookside is a 94-bed post acute rehabilitation and long term care facility located just off 25th Avenue in San Mateo. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to serving our resident community and staff with the highest level of commitment.

Candidates MUST have the following to be considered:
- Current Dietary Manager certification
- 2 years experience in post acute care setting
- Current ServSafe certification
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
