Eiros Group is seeking a detail-oriented ISP Billing Specialist to support accurate service documentation, billing and compliance. This role ensures Service Detailed Reports, Individual Support Plans, Electronic Visit Verification and related records meet Medicaid, HIPPA and agency requirements.
This position plays a vital role in supporting compliance, accurate billing and quality service delivery across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Review and audit SDR’s, ISP’s, and EVV records for accuracy and compliance.
- Verify documentation supports Medicaid billing and reimbursement.
- Resolve documentation and billing discrepancies with Eiros Group staff.
- Maintain participant and service records in Therap system.
- Monitor documentation deadlines and ensure timely record completion.
- Generate reports and assist with audits, state reviews and compliance activities.
- Provide guidance to staff on documentation standard, ISP’s, EVV, and billing procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of Protected Health Information in accordance with HIPPA.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of Therap experience, including ISP management, service documentation, EVV and billing support.
- At least 1 year of experience in developmental disabilities, behavioral health or human services preferred.
- Knowledge of Medicaid documentation, ISP’s, EVV and electronic health records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Schedule:
- Part-time
- 15-20 hours per week
- Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
Compensation & Perks:
