Requirements of CMM Programmer:
- 2+ yrs of Programming/Operating CMM equipment (Manufacturing, Machining, or QC/QI) experience required
- PC-DMIS CMM Programming / Hexagon PC-DMIS Training experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Quality Tools such as Statistical Analysis, Inspection Methods, or 8D/Corrective Actions preferred
- PPAP, NCRs, or Control Plans experience preferred

Responsibilities of CMM Programmer:
- Maintaining product quality in an automotive manufacturing environment, with a focus on CMM programming and inspection
- Responsibilities include programming and operating CMM equipment using PC-DMIS, performing inspections, interpreting blueprints and GD&T, and maintaining quality documentation such as PPAPs and NCRs
- Additional duties include supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions, managing calibration systems, developing control plans, tracking quality metrics, and assisting with audits and continuous improvement to confirm compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards
