Customer Service Representative
Company: Pro Lash Location: Provo, UT (on-site) Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour
About the Role
Pro Lash is looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to join our Provo team. In this role, you're the first point of contact for our customers — answering questions, solving problems, and making sure every interaction leaves people glad they reached out. If you genuinely enjoy helping people and take pride in getting the details right, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a full-time, on-site position with a consistent weekday schedule — no nights, no weekends.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat in a warm, professional manner
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and on time
- Troubleshoot product and order issues, and follow through until they're fully resolved
- Answer questions about products, pricing, shipping, and availability
- Maintain accurate customer records and order notes in our system
- Work closely with the warehouse, sales, and operations teams to resolve issues quickly
- Identify recurring customer concerns and share feedback with the team
- Support other day-to-day office and administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
Required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- A positive, patient attitude — especially when handling difficult conversations
- Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills
- Comfort with computers, email, and basic office software; ability to learn new systems quickly
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work on-site in Provo, UT
Nice to Have
- 1+ year of customer service, retail, call center, or hospitality experience
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, CRM software, or order management systems
- Familiarity with the beauty, lash, or salon industry
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
