This is a sales-focused role ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, closing deals, and earning strong commission-based income. No prior technical experience is required—we provide full paid training to set you up for success.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners to assess their needs and recommend customized smart home and security solutions
- Close sales and maximize earning potential through upselling and additional product recommendations
- Build strong relationships with customers and serve as a trusted advisor
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience from consultation through activation
- Set up and walk customers through their new systems so they feel confident using them
- Represent a leading national smart home brand in a professional and engaging manner

Training Program
No experience? No problem. We offer a comprehensive paid training program that includes classroom and hands-on field training. You’ll learn everything you need to succeed—from product knowledge to proven sales techniques.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $17/hour
- Uncapped Commission: Average earnings of $100,000+ annually
- Additional bonuses and performance incentives
- Training Pay: $320/week during a 3-week onboarding program
