- Conduct legal research and factual investigations under attorney direction.
- Prepare deposition materials and support trial preparation.
- Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel.
What We Are Looking For
- Five or more years of civil litigation paralegal experience.
- Demonstrated ability to draft substantive legal documents from scratch, including summary judgment motions under Rule 1.510, motions to compel, and full sets of discovery requests and responses.
- Recent CM/ECF filing and working familiarity with judge-specific requirements on top of the local rules.
- Working knowledge of amendments to Rules of Procedure.
- Ability to file under the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal.
- Comfortable communicating directly with clients and opposing counsel.

- Florida Registered Paralegal, Certified Paralegal, or Florida Certified Paralegal is strongly preferred.
- Someone who asks thoughtful questions, flags problems early, and does not wait to be told what to do next.
