Anotech Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Anodizing Line Operator / Line Runner to join our 2nd shift (3PM-11PM, M-F) production team. This role is critical to our anodizing process, ensuring that metal parts are properly prepared, loaded onto racks, processed, and unloaded after treatment. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, physically capable, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced production environment. On-site training is provided — no prior anodizing experience required, though it is a plus.
Responsibilities Load aluminum parts onto anodizing racks according to specifications, ensuring proper spacing and secure attachment.
- Unload finished parts from racks post-anodizing, inspecting for quality and handling with care to avoid damage.
- Follow work orders and production schedules to ensure timely processing of parts.
- Inspect parts before and after anodizing for defects, contamination, or improper racking.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment, including racks, tanks, and tools.
- Collaborate with line operators and quality control personnel to ensure consistent process flow.
- Use PPE and follow all safety protocols when handling chemicals and operating equipment.
- Document production data and report any issues or irregularities to supervisors.
Perform general production duties including packing, loading, unloading, counting, and sorting

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
