Cydcor is seeking a senior FP&A leader with deep experience in multi-unit consumer or retail environments. This role partners closely with executive leadership to deliver financial insights, drive cost discipline, and support strategic planning across a high-volume, field-driven organization. The ideal candidate is a self-directed leader with strong analytical instincts, comfort with distributed P&L structures, and the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Lead monthly financial reporting, reforecasting, and variance analysis across corporate functions and business units, with a lens toward field-level performance and unit economics

Own the annual budgeting and planning cycle, incorporating store/territory-level inputs and aligning to company-wide targets

Build and maintain financial models that track performance across multiple revenue streams including B2B, Residential, Retail, and Phone markets

Partner with Operations and field leadership to analyze productivity, cost allocation, and indirect cost recovery

Drive financial process improvement initiatives in project billing, contract compliance, and reporting

Lead, coach, and develop the FP&A team with a focus on quality, accountability, and growth

Deliver ad hoc analyses for executive leadership, external clients, and audit teams
Requirements

BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred

6+ years of overall finance experience, with at least 2 years in a people management role

Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Strong FP&A fundamentals including financial modeling, variance analysis, and forecasting

High business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and strong communication skills

Self-directed and comfortable operating with autonomy; brings a leadership mindset, not just an execution mindset

Background in multi-unit consumer, retail, or franchise financial management

Experience with revenue forecasting across B2B, Residential, Retail, and Phone channels
Preferred Qualifications

Experience at a company navigating growth toward $1B+ in revenue

Background in or exposure to private equity-backed environments
