Location: Cerritos, CA 90703
Salary: $28 - $34/hour DOE

As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support production equipment, facility systems, and automated manufacturing processes.
What You Will Be Doing

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, facility systems, and automated machinery using CMMS and TPM practices

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, servo-driven, and CNC-controlled equipment to maximize uptime

Install, modify, and maintain electrical systems and manufacturing equipment while adhering to LOTO, Arc Flash, Hot Work, and PPE safety standards

Execute work orders, support equipment upgrades and installations, and collaborate with vendors and technical teams to resolve maintenance issues

Support plant safety, emergency systems, 5S initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts while partnering with Production, Maintenance, and EHS teams
What You Need for This Position

High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or vocational training preferred

2+ years of maintenance experience supporting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment in a manufacturing environment

Working knowledge of electrical circuits, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment

Experience with hand and power tools; tool repair experience and exposure to Lean Manufacturing practices preferred
