Assistant General Manager
Location: Hinesville, GA
Salary Range: $60,000–$65,000 + Strong Bonus Opportunity
We're working with a well-known, high-volume casual dining brand in the Hinesville area that is looking to bring on a strong Assistant General Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced restaurant leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to support the day-to-day operations of a successful restaurant while developing toward a General Manager role.

Assist the General Manager in leading all aspects of daily restaurant operations

Coach, develop, and motivate both management and hourly team members

Help drive sales growth while maintaining profitability

Support labor management, food cost controls, inventory, and financial performance

Ensure an exceptional guest experience through outstanding service and hospitality

Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining top talent

Maintain company standards for food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence

Foster a positive culture built on teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfaction

Serve as the leader on duty and oversee restaurant operations in the General Manager's absence

2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment

Previous Assistant General Manager experience preferred, or a strong Restaurant Manager ready for the next step

Background in casual dining or similar full-service concepts

Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams

Strong understanding of restaurant financials, labor management, and cost controls

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
