Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Medical Doctor to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and detailed patient assessments to determine health status and medical needs.
- Diagnose illnesses and develop personalized treatment plans utilizing advanced medical knowledge and diagnostic tools such as medical imaging, CT scans, and EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems.
- Administer or prescribe appropriate treatments, including medication management, IV infusions, suturing, wound care, and other procedural interventions like catheterization or neurocritical care procedures.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate perioperative care, critical care management, and specialized services such as cardiology, endocrinology, pulmonology, or psychiatry as needed.
- Utilize health coaching techniques to educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, medication adherence, and post-acute care plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations while ensuring proper documentation for CPT coding and ICD coding for billing purposes.
- Participate in clinical research initiatives or clinical trials to advance medical knowledge and improve patient outcomes.
Experience
- Medical degree (MD) from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice medicine.
- Proven experience in inpatient or outpatient settings with exposure to hospital medicine or level I/II trauma centers preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or similar platforms.
- Strong background in multiple specialties including internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, cardiology, neurology, or surgery.
- Critical care experience encompassing airway management, ventilator support, neurocritical care, or ICU experience is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with diagnostic radiology procedures like CT scans or nuclear medicine is advantageous.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology principles, CPT/ICD coding standards, and infection control protocols is essential.
- Additional skills that enhance your candidacy include familiarity with interventional radiology techniques such as vascular interventional radiography or catheterization procedures; expertise in dermatology treatments like botulinum toxin therapy; and experience with telehealth services or post-operative care. Pay: $180,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
